The Basentello is an Italian river that flows into the Bradano.[1] Its source is near Palazzo and the river forms part of the border between the province of Potenza and the province of Bari. It flows into Lago di Serra del Corvo and continues flowing southeast near the border with the province of Matera until it enters the Bradano near Lago di San Giuliano (a short distance before the Bilioso does the same).
