Bascharage (Luxembourgish: Nidderkäerjeng, German: Niederkerschen) is a town and a former commune in south-western Luxembourg. Since 2012, it is part of the commune Käerjeng. It is part of the canton of Capellen, which is part of the district of Luxembourg.
As of 2001, the town of Bascharage, which lies in the centre of the commune, has a population of 7,495. Other towns within the commune include Hautcharage and Linger.
Bascharage is the location of Brasserie Nationale, the brewery behind the Bofferding brand.
Bascharage is home to the football club UN Käerjeng 97, which plays in the top-flight National Division. UN Käerjeng were formed in 1997 when Union Sportive Bascharage merged with Jeunesse Hautcharage, representing the two main towns in the commune.
