Barilović is a village and a municipality in Karlovac County, Croatia. There are a total of 3,095 inhabitants in the municipality, 87% which are Croats. The village itself is inhabited by 307 people.

The Census 2001 recorded the name of the municipality as Barilovići.^[1]
