Barengo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Novara in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) northeast of Turin and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) northwest of Novara. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 916 and an area of 19.3 square kilometres (7.5 sq mi).[1]
Barengo borders the following municipalities: Briona, Cavaglietto, Cavaglio d'Agogna, Fara Novarese, Momo, and Vaprio d'Agogna.
