Baltzer Fleischer

Baltzer Fleischer (29 September 1703 – 16 December 1767) was a Danish civil servant. He was born in Holbæk, Denmark. He served as county manager of Smålenene for almost 25 years. He made a significant contribution to land cultivation of the county.^[1]^[2]
