Balków [ˈbalkuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Piątek, within Łęczyca County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) west of Piątek, 15 km (9 mi) east of Łęczyca, and 34 km (21 mi) north of the regional capital Łódź.
The village has a population of 420.
