Bakori is a Local Government Area in Katsina State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Bakori. the current chairman of the local government is Alh Aminu Magaji and the current Emir (sarki) is Alh Idris Sule Idris Nadabo (Makaman Katsina)
It has an area of 679 km² and a population of 149,371 at the 2006 census. Moreover, it shares border with Funtua by the west as if a suburb of Funtua. The postal code of the area is 831.[1]
