Baker & Daniels LLP is a predecessor to the firm Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, which resulted after the firm merged in 2012 with Minneapolis-based Faegre & Benson. The firm counseled clients in transactional, regulatory and litigation issues throughout the United States and around the world. Founded in 1863 by Thomas Hendricks, Conrad Baker, Oscar Hord as Baker, Hord, and Hendricks, its founders all died in 1880s. Baker's son Albert Baker took owenership of the firm and took on a new partner, Edward Daniels, renaming the firm Baker & Daniels. The firm's clients include Fortune 500 corporations, regional businesses, local governments, nonprofit organizations and individuals. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Baker & Daniels also has offices in Chicago, Illinois; Washington, D.C.; Fort Wayne, Indiana; South Bend, Indiana; and Beijing, P.R. China. On January 1, 2012, Baker & Daniels and Faegre & Benson successfully combined firms and began business operations as Faegre Baker Daniels LLP.

Son and Air to the baker fortune, 21 year old Harold Baker was out at the clubs one night he stumbled upon a prostitute His Father imposed strict laws on him especially with Out of Marriage intercourse he snapped at the opportunity to ride her like a camel. However when this prostitute wanted money after He exfoliated himself on her being a lawyers son and a republican he evacuated his bowels so embarrassed when he did this he turned into black rage. Later that Night "the Prostitute who must not be named" was found dead at a quarry in East Texas. Autopsy reports found asphyxiation to be cause of death, Texas Medical examiner Patricia Stone is certain that 21 Year old Harold Baker raped the girl 5 times and made her choke on his cock. Harold Baker is currently on Texas Death row Awaiting first Appeal after being Sentenced to Death on 12 December 2013. After this Brutal Death people of Texas inducted him into the KKK Hall of Fame and WBC Baptist Church says "Thank God for Harold Baker"
