Bajzë is a small town in Kastrat Municipality, Malësi e Madhe District, Shkodër County, northern Albania.[1] It has a population of 2,346.[2]
Transport
Road
Bajzë is located on the European route E762, important for its economic development. This road allows for connection to the nearby city of Koplik and the rest of Albania to the south and to Podgorica (Montenegro) to the north.
Rail
Bajzë serves as the only rail hub between Albania and Montenegro, as well as the only international rail hub in Albania. The Bajzë Rail Station is located near the city centre with freight lines servicing Han i Hotit (Montenegrin border) and Shkodër.
