Bai Enpei

Bai Enpei (Chinese: 白恩培; pinyin: Bái Ēnpéi; born 1946) is a Chinese politician. Bai was the Secretary of the Communist Party of China Yunnan Committee, the highest political position in the province between 2001 and 2011.[1][2]
Biography
Bai was born in 1946 in Shaanxi Province.[1] Bai was re-elected to as Secretary by the Yunnan Provincial People's Congress on January 24, 2008, having held this position since 2001.[1] In 2011, he was replaced by Qin Guangrong.[2]
