Babki Gąseckie [ˈbapki ɡɔ̃ˈsɛt͡skʲɛ] (German: Babken (Kirchspiel Gonsken); from 1938-45 Babeck) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Olecko, within Olecko County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south of Olecko and 133 km (83 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945, the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
