- Bachelor of Science (BSc), an undergraduate degree
- Base Station Controller, part of a mobile phone network; see: Base Station subsystem
- Basic Spacing between Centers, a term that appears on IC package drawings in reference to dimensions between pins.
- Best supportive care, term used in clinical settings and clinical trials for the care given when there is no other treatment option. In the third of the Phases of clinical research a new drug associated to BSC can be compared to BSC only, to benchmark the clinical efficacy (therapeutic effect) of the new drug.
