Břežany is a village and municipality (obec) in Klatovy District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 10.44 square kilometres (4.03 sq mi), and has a population of 168 (as at 28 August 2006).
Břežany lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) east of Klatovy, 48 km (30 mi) south of Plzeň, and 101 km (63 mi) south-west of Prague.
