Arménio Adroaldo Vieira e Silva (Portuguese pronunciation: [ɐɾˈmɛniu ɐdɾuˈaldu viˈejɾɐ i ˈsilvɐ]; born January 29, 1941 in Praia, Cape Verde) is a Cape Verdean and a Portuguese journalist. He elemented an activity during the 1960s, collaborated in SELÓ, Boletim de Cabo Verde, Vértice (Coimbra) review, Raízes, Ponto & Vírgula, Fragmentos, Sopinha de Alfabeto and others.

He won the 2009 Camões Prize
