Antonia Lottner (born 13 August 1996 in Düsseldorf-Kaiserswerth) is a German tennis player.

Lottner has won three singles and two doubles titles on the ITF tour in her career. On 23 September 2013, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 354. On 8 July 2013, she peaked at world number 333 in the doubles rankings.

Lottner started her 2012 season with the G18 G2 Slovak Junior Indoor Tournament in Bratislava. In the first round she defeated the second seed Kateřina Siniaková, but lost in the following round.
