Description
The club has a large main dance floor, chill out space, open terrace with pool, an outdoor dance tent. It is on the waterfront in eastern Tokyo's reclaimed industrial district. The club has a capacity of over a thousand people. Entry costs depend on the line-up.
Ageha runs a free bus service at night from near the east exit of Shibuya station in Tokyo. The bus takes 30–45 minutes. There is also a free return bus service. There are also a number of trains that go to Shin-Kiba Station, including the Keiyo Line from Tokyo Station, as well as the Yurakucho Line.
Entertainment
The club has hosted DJs such as Hernan Cattaneo, Armin van Buuren, Deadmau5, Danny Tenaglia, Deep Dish, Markus Schulz Tiësto, Paul van Dyk, John Digweed, Fatboy Slim, Dave Seaman, Xpress 2, Don Patrick, Santos, Space Cowboy, David Guetta and many more.
Japanese DJs who have played there include: Yasutaka Nakata of Capsule, Ken Ishii, Tsuyoshi Suzuki (a.k.a. Numanoid), Disco Twins, Ko Kimura, Daishi Dance, and Yoji Biomehanika.
Lounge DJs who have played at Ageha include Japanese event organizer and DJ Shibachoff, and the Irish & Japanese duo Tokyo Sluts.
About once every two months, Ageha hosts a gay dance event now called Shangri-La.[1]
