7DAYS is a free daily tabloid newspaper published in the United Arab Emirates.[1] 7DAYS was the region's first free daily tabloid newspaper. It is majority owned by the UK's DMGT (Daily Mail General Trust).

The paper is known for holding an editorial line independent of the remainder of the country's print media.
