4091 Lowe (1986 TL2) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on October 7, 1986 by Edward L. G. Bowell at Flagstaff.
Photometric observations of this asteroid collected during 2006 show a rotation period of 12.570 ± 0.005 hours with a brightness variation of 0.10 ± 0.03 magnitude.[1]
