3962 Valyaev (asteroid)

3962 Valyaev (provisional designation: 1967 CC) is an asteroid in the outer main-belt discovered by the Russian astronomer Tamara Mikhailovna Smirnova on February 8, 1967 at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory. It is named after the ephemeris astronomer Valeriy Ivanovich Valyaev. It has a semi-major axis of 3.2077148 AU with an orbital eccentricity of 0.1147036 and a parihelion distance of 2.8397785.
