364 Isara

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

364 Isara is an asteroid belonging to the Flora family in the Main Belt. It was discovered by French astronomer Auguste Charlois on March 19, 1893 in Nice.[1]

In 2009, Photometric observations of this asteroid were made at the Palmer Divide Observatory in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The resulting asymmetrical light curve shows a synodic rotation period of 9.156 ± 0.001 hours with a brightness variation of 0.37 ± 0.02 in magnitude. This is consistent with the result of an independent study performed in 1965.[2]
