- Gran Torre Santiago, the tallest building in South America and Latin America, projected for completion.
- Infinity Tower, the tallest building in Brisbane, projected for completion.
- Dream Dubai Marina, supertall skyscraper in Dubai, projected for completion. If completed before World One will become the tallest residential building in the world upon completion.
- One57, one of the tallest buildings in New York City, (will become the tallest mixed-use (residential and hotel) skyscraper in the city upon completion), projected for completion.
- Philippine Arena, in Ciudad de Victoria, Bocaue and Santa Maria, Bulacan. the largest indoor domed-arena, projected for completion.
