The 1937 Rose Bowl, played on New Year's Day 1937 in Pasadena, California, was the 23rd Rose Bowl football game. It featured the Pittsburgh Panthers against the Washington Huskies. Ahead of the game, seating in the Rose Bowl was expanded to 87,677.[1]
