1936 Lugano (1973 WD) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on November 24, 1973 by P. Wild at Zimmerwald.
Photometric observations of this asteroid collected during 2004–2005 show a rotation period of 19.651 ± 0.015 hours with a brightness variation of 0.31 ± 0.04 magnitude.[1]
