13686 Kongozan

13686 Kongozan (provisional designation: 1997 QS4) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Tomimaru Okuni at the Nanyo Observatory on August 30, 1997. It is named after Kongo, a mountain in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan.
