13567 Urabe

13567 Urabe (provisional designation: 1992 WF1) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Kin Endate and Kazuro Watanabe at the Kitami Observatory in Hokkaidō, Japan, on November 16, 1992. It is named after Mamoru Urabe, a Japanese junior high school teacher and amateur astronomer.
