13156 Mannoucyo (provisional designation: 1995 SP3) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Kin Endate and Kazuro Watanabe at the Kitami Observatory in Hokkaidō, Japan, on September 20, 1995. It is named after the city of Mannō, Kagawa Prefecture, Japan.
