128 Securities (Pvt.) Ltd. is a Corporate Member of Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE). Its offices are located in Lahore, Pakistan.
History
128 Securities formerly known as Shahid Mahmood Brokerage House started out as a bonds and securities business in 1986 and later established itself as a stocks brokerage house in 1993. In 2006, then Shahid Mahmood Brokerage House converted its single man membership into a private limited company with the same membership but with a new name i.e. 128 Securities (Pvt.) Ltd. The house is being run by sons of Late Akram Sultan Mahmood who was the first member of the Lahore Stock Exchange who received the Role of Honor Award from the exchange. 128 Securities has built up an extensive network of investors in Pakistan and, more recently, abroad in particularly Dubai, UK and the US.
Branches
The house originally had one office in the LSE building and later branched out – a second office was established in 1996 in Defence Housing Authority, Lahore, a third office established in 2000 in Garden Town, Lahore. Being a part of 128 Securities (Pvt.) Ltd., clients can avail a number of opportunities for both long term and short term investment which come across in stock exchange growth.
Facilities
Facilities provided by the company include an access to the Lahore and Karachi Trading terminal which enables the client to trade in the stock markets of the Karachi Stock Exchange as well as the Lahore Stock Exchange. Staff of 128 Securities includes analysts who monitor the market and study the market behaviors to give Price Pattern Analysis (Chart pattern) reports on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis. Setup of 128 Securities is such that it allows online execution of trading and gives 24/7 service to its clients. Clients can also be updated through Short Message Service.
