106817 Yubangtaek

106817 Yubangtaek is an asteroid. It was discovered by Young-Beom Jeon and Byung-Chol Lee on December 6, 2000. Its provisional name was 2000 XC44. It was named after Yu, Bangtaek, a 13th-century Korean Joseon Dynasty astronomer, co-author of the stone star chart Cheonsangyeolchabunyajido. It has an absolute magnitude of 15.6 and an orbital period of 1999.22 days.[1]
