(10299) 1988 VS3 is a main-belt minor planet, approximately 11.46 kilometres (7.12 mi) in diameter. It was discovered by Yoshiaki Oshima at the Gekko Observatory in the Shizuoka Prefecture of Japan, on November 13, 1988.[1]
