Žihlava is a settlement in the Sveti Jurij ob Ščavnici municipality in northeastern Slovenia. It lies in the vallet of the river Ščavnica in the area known as Prlekija. Traditionally it was part of Lower Styria and is now included in the Mura statistical region.[2]
