Žerotice is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.75 square kilometres (2.22 sq mi), and has a population of 301 (as at 28 August 2006).
Žerotice lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-east of Znojmo, 45 km (28 mi) south-west of Brno, and 181 km (112 mi) south-east of Prague.
