Ženik is a settlement in the Sveti Jurij ob Ščavnici municipality in northeastern Slovenia. It lies along the road leading from Stara Gora towards Brezje and Sovjak in the hills just south of Sveti Jurij. Traditionally the area was part of Lower Styria and is now included in the Mura statistical region.[2]
