Želkovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.28 square kilometres (0.88 sq mi), and has a population of 88 (as at 2 October 2006).
Želkovice lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-east of Louny, 25 km (16 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 57 km (35 mi) north-west of Prague.
