Žďár is a village and municipality (obec) in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.07 square kilometres (1.96 sq mi), and has a population of 385 (as at 3 July 2006).
Žďár lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-east of Blansko, 26 km (16 mi) north of Brno, and 181 km (112 mi) south-east of Prague.
