Żabin Graniczny [ˈʐabin ɡraˈnit͡ʂnɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Banie Mazurskie, within Gołdap County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, 200 metres (219 yd) from the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north of Banie Mazurskie, 16 km (10 mi) west of Gołdap, and 120 km (75 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945, the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
