Štarnov is a village and municipality (obec) in Olomouc District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 9.88 square kilometres (3.81 sq mi), and has a population of 607 (as at 3 July 2006).
Štarnov lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north of Olomouc and 210 km (130 mi) east of Prague.
