Štěměchy is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 9.94 square kilometres (3.84 sq mi), and has a population of 301 (as at 3 July 2006).
Štěměchy lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) west of Třebíč, 26 km (16 mi) south of Jihlava, and 137 km (85 mi) south-east of Prague.
