Šmohor is a settlement in the Municipality of Laško in eastern Slovenia. It lies in the hills northwest of Laško. The area was traditionally part of the Styria region. It is now included with the rest of the municipality in the Savinja statistical region.[2]
The local church, from which the settlement gets its name, is dedicated to Saint Hermagoras (Slovene: sveti Mohor) and belongs to the Parish of Laško. It is first mentioned in written documents dating to 1421.[3]
