Šime Ljubić (Stari Grad, Hvar, Austrian Empire, 24 May 1822 - Stari Grad, Hvar, Austria-Hungary, 19 October 1896) was a theologian, archeologist and historian.

Since 6 February 1869 he was a corresponding member of the Serbian Learned Society. On 15 November 1892 he became an honorary member of the Serbian Royal Academy.
