Ševětín is a small town (městys) in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of 8.11 square kilometres (3.13 sq mi), and has a population of 1,347 (as at 31 December 2007).
Ševětín lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north-east of České Budějovice and 111 km (69 mi) south of Prague.
