Ştefan Balmez (born 1882) was a Bessarabian politician.
Biography
Before the World War I, although working as Armaments Minister, Ştefan Balamez was in civil service. He served as Member of the Moldovan Parliament (1917–1918).
After the Soviet occupation, Balamez was arrested on June 28, 1940 and then disappeared in Siberia.
