Śliwnik [ˈɕlivnik] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Małomice, within Żagań County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Małomice, 15 km (9 mi) south-east of Żagań, and 46 km (29 mi) south of Zielona Góra.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
