Łękawica [wɛnkaˈvit͡sa] is a village in Żywiec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Łękawica.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) east of Żywiec and 64 km (40 mi) south of the regional capital Katowice.
The village has a population of 2,169.
