İpek Soylu (born 15 April 1996 in Adana) is a Turkish tennis player.

Soylu has won four singles and four doubles titles on the ITF tour during her career. On 11 November 2013, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 454. On 3 February 2014, she peaked at world number 550 in the doubles rankings.

Playing for Turkey at the Fed Cup, Soylu has a win–loss record of 3–2.[1] She is also a member of the Enkaspor tennis team.[2]
