İbrahim Kutluay (born December 7, 1973) is a Turkish former professional basketball player. He scored a record 50 points at the Under-22 1996 European Championship against Italy, and also 41 points in a Euroleague match against Cibona Zagreb.[citation needed]

Club career

He played as a guard for Fenerbahçe, Ülkerspor, and Efes Pilsen in Turkey, and also played for AEK Athens, Panathinaikos and PAOK in the Greek League, before going to the NBA's Seattle SuperSonics. He was the scoring leader of Euroleague in 1999 with 21.4 points per game.
