Đorđević (Serbian: Ђорђевић, English translation: son of Đorđe/George) is an Eastern Orthodox Christian Serbian surname. It consists of the Serbian male given name Đorđe used as veneration to Saint George, originally derived from Ancient Greek male given name Georgios meaning farmer.
Đorđević is the fifth most frequent surname in Serbia.[1]
