Čistá is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 25.2 square kilometres (9.7 sq mi), and has a population of 921 (as at 3 July 2008).
Čistá lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Svitavy, 49 km (30 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 143 km (89 mi) east of Prague.
