Černiv is a village and municipality (obec) in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.17 square kilometres (1.22 sq mi), and has a population of 141 (as at 31 December 2007).
Černiv lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-west of Litoměřice, 24 km (15 mi) south of Ústí nad Labem, and 48 km (30 mi) north-west of Prague.
