Čejkovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 9.2 square kilometres (3.6 sq mi), and has a population of 211 (as at 28 August 2006).
Čejkovice lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) east of Znojmo, 44 km (27 mi) south-west of Brno, and 191 km (119 mi) south-east of Prague.
