Ülejõe is a village in Anija Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia, located just northeast of the town of Kehra, behind the Jägala River. Ülejõe has a population of 252 as of 2010.[1]

River Aavoja flows into the Jägala River in Ülejõe. Aavoja Reservoir is situated in the southeastern side of the village.

Kehra paper mill's landfill is located in Ülejõe. It is currently undergoing a shutdown process.[2]
